What customers say?

“ A night in Sangenjaya where you want to enjoy delicious, hearty yakiniku in a relaxed atmosphere. Kinnikuya Sangenjaya was perfect for such a day. The restaurant has the relaxed atmosphere that is typical of Sancha, while still retaining the fun of popular yakiniku. The atmosphere was just right, not too noisy, but not too formal, allowing you to sit back and enjoy your yakiniku. This time I ordered the Tanto Hormone Course (with all-you-can-drink). To sum up, this is an excellent course in terms of content, quality, and satisfaction. ⸻ ▼ Order Menu [Tongue and Hormone Course] 〈Appetizer〉 ・Napa cabbage kimchi ・Bean sprout namul 〈Sashimi〉 ・Salted yukke with green onion tongue 〈Grilled meat〉 ・Premium salted tongue ・NEXT salted green onion tongue ・Pork belly ・Gopchang ・Tongue mino (Sangenjaya only) ・Premium hormone (shimacho) ・Wagyu liver 〈Finishing dish〉 ・Komu tongue soup 〈Additional〉 ・Skirt steak ippondoyaki ⸻ ▼ Appetizers & Sashimi The kimchi and namul appetizers were perfectly seasoned to warm the palate before the yakiniku. The salted yukke with green onion tongue was particularly impressive. The aroma of green onions and the umami of the tongue were clearly present, making you feel like "this is going to be great" right from the start of the course. ⸻ ▼Grilled meat (tongue & hormone) First up was the premium salted tongue. This slice was thick yet crisp, and the umami of the tongue exploded with flavor the moment you bit into it. The next one, the NEXT Negitan Shio, added a touch of green onion, making it even easier to eat and allowing you to enjoy the charms of the tongue from a different angle. All of the offal was in excellent condition. The gizzard was chewy yet not too strong, and the gopchang and shimacho (high-grade offal) had a distinctly sweet, fatty flavor, delivering the satisfying feeling of yakiniku. The most memorable dish was the Tanmino (only available in Sangenjaya). With a texture that combined the best of tongue and tripe, it was a special dish you can only get here. The wagyu liver had no odor at all and, depending on how it was cooked, offered a rich, melt-in-your-mouth flavor. ⸻ ▼Additional Item: Skirt Steak Ippondo-yaki The extra skirt steak Ippondo-yaki we ordered was truly a star dish. The whole rib is grilled, which makes a big impact, and the juiciness and umami of the meat are directly conveyed. Adding it to the course was a great choice. ⸻ ▼ Finale The komu tongue soup served as the final dish gently warmed my body after the yakiniku. It wasn't too thick, but had a nice richness, making it a satisfying end to the meal. ⸻ Overall, I felt that All the meat was high-quality, and the all-you-can-drink option was great value for money. I was able to eat and drink a lot, and honestly, the satisfaction level was quite high. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was calm, typical of Sangenjaya, making it suitable for a wide range of occasions, including dates, friends, and after-work meals. If you're looking to enjoy some delicious yakiniku in Sangenjaya, this is definitely a place you'll want to consider. ”

“ On a night in Sangenjaya where I wanted to enjoy some delicious, laid-back yakiniku, I visited Kinnikuya Sangenjaya. The restaurant's relaxed atmosphere, characteristic of Sancha, combined with the comfort of a popular yakiniku restaurant, allowed me to enjoy a leisurely meal. This time, I ordered the [Tan and Hormone Course (with all-you-can-drink)]. The appetizers were cabbage kimchi and bean sprout namul, and for sashimi, salted yukke (tartar chicken sashimi). The meal was packed with yakiniku, premium salted tongue, NEXT salted salted tongue, pork belly, gopchang, Sangenjaya-exclusive Tanmino, premium horumon (shimacho), and wagyu liver. I was particularly impressed by the crispness of the premium salted tongue and the unique texture of the Tanmino. I also ordered the skirt steak ippondoyaki, which, with its juicy, ippon-yaki flavor, was worthy of being the star of the meal. The final dish, the komu tongue soup, was also very satisfying, with an excellent balance of content, quality, and value for money. It's a great place to go on a date, with friends, or after work. ”

“ It has become one of my favorite restaurants, and I've visited again. It's always busy, so I made a reservation this time. I think the last time we were able to go in without a reservation was on the 3rd or 4th of the New Year. We always order the classic 5-item platter and the premium kalbi for two, and everything is delicious. I was right to order the large portion of white rice. First of all, the stewed tendon appetizer tasted like beef stew and was very tasty. And eating the grilled meat on top of crispy green peppers was refreshing and also delicious. The restaurant is in a triangular shape, so it's naturally small, but I personally prefer the counter seats to the tatami room on the second floor. Smokers will be happy to know that you can smoke inside the restaurant, and the cheap alcohol is appealing for drinkers. I'll be back! ”
